God all over the world is doing a work of full and total restoration, not only of the apostolic and prophetic offices but all fivefold ministry gifts so the saints can be equipped and the body comes to a place of maturity.

The key to the restoration of the pastoral office would start and be initiated by God in this season, so we can see genuine pastors who will represent the Father’s heart of God. Under shepherds that would represent the good shepherd.

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding” Jeremiah 3:15 KJV.

On this note, we would look at this verse gradually. The key is I WILL GIVE. That is the key; the pastors are going to be GIVEN by God, not man, nor organizations and networks. God himself is going to be the one to GIVE pastors. Many Pastors are given by men and churches. God’s shepherds are going to be RAISED and GIVEN by God himself.

The word GIVE is the Hebrew word nathan,  naw-than’ it means to appoint, ascribe, and assign. In this season God is going to appoint, assign and ascribe men that would pastor local churches, regions, cities, and nations. They would represent the chief shepherd.
