When called to pioneer a local church you MUST possess two characteristics;

1. Patience

If you are not patient you cannot build a church family, an impatient pastor won’t be able to reach or raise leaders

2. Perseverance

Perseverance is a strong character necessary to fulfill the vision of pioneering a local church.

In a generation where everything is fast paced, we must once again remind ourselves that patience and perseverance are integrants required for fulfilling ministry.
