In Acts 13:1 “Among the prophets and teachers of the church at Antioch of Syria were Barnabas, Simeon (called “the black man”), Lucius (from Cyrene), Manaen (the childhood companion of King Herod Antipas), and Saul.” We find a model of a New Testament church were Prophets and teachers were working together for the edification of the saints.

We had two differing offices and different “race” that constituted the church. The kingdom is designed for synergy and collaboration.
In the next verse, we see the saints alongside the Prophets and Teachers releasing the team ministry of Barnabas and Saul for the work God has for them (Acts 13:2), within the context of a corporate gathering that exemplifies team ministry, another team was released.

Jesus modeled this as He sent His disciples out two by two (Mark 6:7–13; Luke 9:1–2, Luke 10:1).
The ideal pattern in the kingdom is not a “lone ranger” mindset, the ideal in the Kingdom is teamwork, synergy, and collaboration.
“This is what the LORD says: “Just as the new wine is found in the cluster, And one says, ‘Do not destroy it, for there is benefit in it,’ So I will act on behalf of My servants In order not to destroy all of them.” (Isaiah 65:8)

The new wine is found within the cluster. Regardless of the seeming narrative today. I will still look forward to kingdom synergy collaboration and teamwork, in advancing the kingdom of God.
