In life and ministry, we are so focused on what the other person has that we become blind to what we possess.

If we have a proper understanding of stewardship, it will eliminate jealousy and comparison. Paul said comparison is lack of wisdom (2 Cor 10:12).
God gives us graces and giftings as He wills (1 Cor 12:11), and certain dimensions are given to us based on capacity (Mathew 25:15), it therefore means that we are to manage and multiply what we have been given.

Instead of comparing yourself with someone else who have been given a different gift than yours, focus on managing your gifts, call and ability.

God’s reward and judgement is based on what you have been given not what you have not been given.
Choose proper stewardship today then you will overcome jealousy and comparison.
